My name is Veronia,and the name came from a Italian Queen very long time ago.But I am not actually Italian to have a name like Veronia. Sometimes people call me Honey for fun.I am 12+. And I have born in 19 January 1991. I come from Srilanka which is in Asia.
I believe in Hinduism ,Buddhism and aswell as Christianity .I go to the Church, Buddhist Temple and the Hindu Temple. It is really fun knowing the prayers in three different languages. I say my Christian prayers in English, My Buddist prayers in Sinhalese and the Hindu prayers in Tamil. My Mum is Buddist and my Dad is Hindu. But 6 years ago we turned into Christian as well.
My Mum and Dad come from Srilanka. But actually my Dad's grand Mother came from south India. Now I go to Eastlea Community School. And now I am in year 8. I been doing really well in school.
When I was just about one years old I went to Sultanate of Oman and had fun and I also took my first birthday there. I came to SriLanka and I lived with my Uncle, Aunt, Grandmom, and Grandad where my Mum used to live when she was a Kid. After about a year my Dad built a new house in Nuwara Eliya which is one of the coldest place in SriLanka and I studied in Republican International School. We lived there until my Dad ran his own shop in the city of Colombo. I lived there for about 6 or 7 years until my Brother was born in 1996. In 1997 my Dad came to London and we decided to run another shop. So I lived there for about until I was in year 5 and studied in Stafford International School. I learned English I did not learn my language because from the small days I found it easy to learn English so I did not know how to read or write Sinhalese or Tamil (which these languages are the principal languages in SriLanka).
After ending year 5 I came to London and went to Brampton Primary School. After ending year 6 I was waiting to go to St.Angela's or Plashet grove girls school but I did not get any of them school's because the schools were full, so they sent me up to Eastlea Community School . I am really having fun there. My tutor was Ms. Harris and our tutor class is 8S. My tutor is the leader of the art section and she teaches year 8,9,10,11. We have lots of subjects and in only in 3 subjects we are set to groups depending on the level we are working on and they are French, Science and Maths. We do that when it comes to year 8 and we might seperate more for the future. There are 3 sets which are the lower set, middle set and the top set. And I am at the top set in all 3 subjects.
